“Students can have an advantage in clearing placement tests conducted by HSBC, by viewing the data collected by Ansefy.”

Tips by Our Experts

HSBC conducts Adaptive Tests for its placement interviews. Hence there is no option to go back to the previous question. Moreover, you cannot skip answering any question. This raises the difficulty level, as students answering more number of questions will get higher marks. Hence it is strongly advised to not linger more than 30 seconds on any question. It should be noted that there is no fail or pass in an adaptive test. Even by answering lesser questions, you have high chances of doing well. But make sure to not enter the wrong answer.

Cover all the topics and leave nothing out in order to gain maximum possible scores. Since there is no negative marking try attempting all the questions. Concentrate more on Quantitative ability since there are more topics to be covered. To be on the safer side, 90% accuracy is what you should look to achieve.

The company does not care about your backlogs and it offers a really glamorous salary package.  If you can code you have a place at HSBC but to show them that you can code you have to clear the first round. This is possible only if you get some practice. We strongly recommend you to practice well and advice you to not miss the opportunity to work with a company like HSBC solely due to the lack of practice.

Many talented programmers get expelled from recruitment in the first round. The reason behind this is the lack of focus in understanding the pattern of the test and insufficient practice.

The right practice in a particular topic is better than just visually going through everything. To help students get through the recruitment test of HSBC, we at Ansefy.com create a set of test papers, study material, and have a good collection of HSBC placement papers.

Get practised and get placed in HSBC Company.

All the Best!
