Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

Note: We cannot provide a refund for a purchase that is more than 3 months older.

Thank you for joining us by purchasing our products (practice tests and online courses). We at Ansefy, aim to provide a gratifying experience to our users and ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services. Please get familiar with the terms and conditions associated with an online purchase that governs Ansefy Refund Policy. When you purchase a product from Ansefy, you submit your consent and agree to our Terms of UsePrivacy Policy, and Disclaimer(this page).

Please read through the below restrictions before applying for a refund.

If you are not satisfied with our products, the refund request must be initiated within 7 days from purchase. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can make a request and may get a full refund.*
  • if any of our Course is bought under any offer or discount, the refund won’t be possible.
  • If there is any partial cancellation of any Product, please contact our customer care.
  • The refund and cancellation charges will be applicable 10% on the base fare. (Extra)
  • For the Students requesting for a refund of online classes and providing a partial refund case, wherein they are not satisfied with one particular section then there will be only a partial refund to the buyer.
  • All the rights to provide a complete refund are reserved by Ansefy (Seller) and it would the Final decision by the Seller to provide the required refund.
  • Note: You need to request for refund within 7 days of purchase of the module. Also, If you’ve been provided a Discount of more than or equal to 50% then, in that case, No refund of any material/Online Classes will be provided.
  • If any product is purchased within Diwali Sale, Holi Sale, Independence Day Sale, Rakshabandhan Day Sale, Christmas Day Sale, New year Sale, then NO refund will be initiated for the same.
  • Prime Mock products of any modules are Non-refundable. (No Refund policy)

Restrictions (Have applied)

If you are not satisfied with our products, the refund request must be initiated within 7 days from purchase. Additional restrictions are

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the online course content.
  • You have not attempted more than one practice test.
  • You have not attempted sectional tests.
  • You have not downloaded any of the eBooks (wherever applicable).

If you could not pass the actual exam, the refund request must be initiated within 10 days after receiving the exam results. Additional restrictions are

  • You have completed and passed all the tests and/or viewed the training videos and read through the provided documentation at least once.
  • You have the acceptable proof of failure (such as e-mail from the Vendor, scorecard, etc.)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How to Initiate the Refund Request?

  • Provide the required details such as registered email address, subject, description, attach files (if any), and select the issue type (i.e. Payment – Request for Refund) and Submit.

Please note that all refunds and cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after the request is received and approved.
